Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Levance Digital Solutions (Levance Dijital Çözümler) as data controller. You can reach us at info@levancedigital.com or +90 530 835 10 22.

What we process

Contact form: your name, email address and message.

Careers form: your full name, the role you apply for, your motivation letter and the CV file you upload.

Site usage: only with your consent, statistical data such as the pages you visit and device and browser details (Google Analytics).

Error reports: when something breaks on the site, technical details such as the page address, the error itself, your browser and device type and your approximate location (city). They do not include your IP address, cookies or anything you type into a form.

Why and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: it is directly related to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).

To assess your job application: running the application process (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Please do not include special categories of data such as health, religion or biometrics in your CV.

To detect and fix errors on the site: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

For analytics and marketing cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years after your enquiry is closed, and job applications for up to 1 year from the application date, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Error reports are kept for up to 90 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. To run the service we work with these infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (the database that stores form submissions), Sentry (error monitoring, on servers in Germany) and, only with your consent, Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads). Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers comply with KVKK art. 9.

Cookies

Essential cookies and storage always run and need no consent: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language for the session; session keeps our own team signed in to the admin panel for 2 hours; your cookie choice is stored in your browser (localStorage).

Analytics cookies run only with your consent: _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics) tell visits apart and are kept for 2 years.

Marketing cookies run only with your consent: _gcl_* (Google Ads) measures enquiries that come from ads and is kept for 90 days.

Without your consent, no data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn which third parties it was transferred to, object to the processing and claim compensation for any damage.
